This video shows you how all the important cancels and combos for Haku in Storm 4. This guide includes his infinite combo, how to extend combos in other ways, and some combo to ultimates.
Overall, I think Haku is pretty cool in the series and games. He's pretty fast but his reach isn't that far so he's not Sasuke levels of dominant, but I think he's better than average. Also his jutsu is amazing, even better if you have it as a support.
