INGREDIENTS:
3 medium size onion
3 medium size tomato
1 scotch bonnet
4 cloves of garlic
seasoning (Maggie cube and Italian seasoning)
black pepper
salt to taste
oil
tomato puree/paste
frozen vegetables
Spaghetti/Pasta
canned makerel
canned tuna
rice (peacock thai hom mali AAA)
