Ritesh Lakhi discusses this rather unique episode when a trap laid by Sumedh Singh Saini on corrupt PPSC Chairman Ravi Inder Pal Singh Sidhu brings glorious publicity to Captain Amarinder Singh's just sworn government in the year 2002. However, Saini and his department, Intelligence wing, receives a setback as the credit for this prized catch as well as the case is handed over to another cop ADGP A P Pandey, much to dismay and angst of Sumedh Singh Saini.
