This panel presentation will facilitate dialogue on the opportunities digitalization of public services provides and how to address the challenges hindering digital transformation. The speakers will draw on a comprehensive resource base to extract key lessons for accelerating digital public infrastructure, enhancing inclusive digital services, engaging the private sector, and exploring ways to mitigate the risks of digitalization for individual security and rights. Government representatives will provide first-hand experience and expertise on their government’s pathways to digitization within their public sectors.
