A lot of people are confused because I BOLTED out of my chair. What you don't see/hear is that I biffed it hard in the hallway. My knee dislocated because I was running, and I fell, smacked my head into the wall, and then had to hobble to the front door with my fucked up knee. So in short, yes, I CAN run, but its generally a terrible fucking idea, since I can screw up my ankle, knee, and hip, just WALKING.
