We have returned to The Roaches, in the Staffordshire Peak District, on a fine late summer day, on a club weekend trip with members of the BMSCMC.

We’re here to do some club climbing at this magnificent gritstone venue, and are staying in the Don Whillans Memorial Hut at the base of the crag. This climb is Inverted Staircase which is an D *** (Top 50) climb.
