DTAR is the remaster of "DTE" aka "Dispatch & Tactics Enhancement”. It is a complete revamp for GTAV's lackluster AI and its under-developed dispatch system. DTAR provides a complete rework of multiple files to provide a more realistic interaction between law enforcement, gangs, pedestrians and the player, with a new robust combative AI with new behaviours to push the player's boundries. We’re also proud to present an entire lore friendly overhaul for the dispatch system that expands on using only native files. (Fun Fact: Did you know that the dispatch.meta file is at an estimated size 5.5x greater than vanilla's? Thats almost 100kb versus vanilla's 18kb!)

DTAR is the most sophisticated project in PEV. During its development cycle, DTAR underwent many milestones which was only possible with the help of close community members, including bypassing or breaking hardcodes, finding various behaviour flags, investigating and testing tunables and more to create the works of what is essentially the entire concept of what PEV is all about.
