Where to start? I was ready for this race mentally and physically but it didn't work out that way.
Practice lap was brutal which it shouldn't of been but it was, went down 3 times and one was pretty bad. To many people treating the Practice lap like its a real race, I get it but some of us are trying to get a feel for the course. We only have an hour between practice and the real race so I never really recovered enough to perform well in the race. Almost quit but decided not to bitch out. Felt a bit better at the start but had a crash within the 1st 2 minutes and it completely drained me. Whiskey throttled in a bad area and it was basically over from there. All the guys in my class passed me and my energy level was next to nothing. So at that point I just decided to cruise and get a lap done. Definitely not happy but it is what it is.
