I did end up recording the entire series (7 videos) in one sitting as my ps1 is having difficulties, and my memory card no longer works. Hopefully in the coming weeks I'll get it repaired, as well as get a new memory card.
To anyone playing this game: the controls are very poor quality, and makes the game harder than it needs to be. Remember to take your time, take breaks, and be kind to yourself.
