This is Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. The full name didn't fit in the title, but this trackless dark ride made by Disney themselves is a wonderfully made immersive experience. It utilizes both real life props for theming, as well as 3D screens and 4D-movements in the cars, to tell the story of the movie Ratatouille. It's filled with effects and fun theming shenanigans.
