CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A career military man is getting a promotion.
United States Army Brigadier General David P. Glaser is being promoted to the rank of Major General .
The ceremony to present him with his second star took place on the front steps of Elder High School.
General Glaser is a 1981 graduate from the local high school.
He will be assuming the office of the Provost Marshal General, also known as the Chief of Police of the United States Army.
