Описание: This area along the Ocklawaha River in Ocala National Forest used to be a steamboat landing in the 1800's. Back then the river was a major waterway used for transporting people and goods along this route and this was one of the stops. The area today is known as Davenport Landing. There is a kiosk where you can learn some of the history. I also found some remains from the landing around the site.
