For ADHD and autistic adults, dysregulation can look like chronic anxiety, burnout, or the constant feeling that you’re “too sensitive.” This can happen at any time, but after diagnosis we might experience a worsening of these challenges which is sometimes referred to as Autistic Regression.
In this video, we’ll explore gentle, realistic ways to support your body and energy. You’ll learn to track what drains you, build boundaries, add fun back into your routine, and speak to yourself with kindness instead of judgment. Healing takes time, but with compassion and curiosity, progress happens slowly—and it lasts.
