Are you maturing (physically ;-/) and noticing a change in your strength and balance? Specifically, do you sense that one side of your body is over compensating for the lack of strength and/or balance in the other side? Muscle imbalance is typical as we age and our muscle movement patterns get "stuck" in bad habits. But it is also avoidable and fixable by addressing the two sides independently in movements that build strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. You will need 2 blocks for the standing strength and balance portion at the beginning and a strap for the stretching at the end.
