Breakfast Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup of cubed ham
½ chopped onion
1 12” piece of pizza dough
1 cup (8 oz) ground sausage
Enough sliced thick cut Colby jack cheese to fit the bottom area of a pizza dish (about 8oz)
8 oz of chopped bacon
Green onions to garnish

Step 1
Roll out the pizza dough and fit it into a thick 9” cake pan. Make sure to press the dough into the pan so it stays high on the sides of the pan.
Step 2
Place the Colby jack cheese to the bottom of the dough. Spread the sausage over the cheese pressing it to the edges and making sure there is no cheese showing. Put a piece of parchment paper on top followed by another cake pan securing the dough in place. Put it in the oven for about 30o minutes or until the dough is crispy on the edges.
Step 3
Combine the egg, shredded cheese and cream in a bowl. Sautee the chopped ham and onions and add them to the bowl of egg mixture.
Step 4
When the pizza base is done baking, take it out of the oven. Use a paper towel to take some of the grease off the top of the pizza. Add the cheese egg mixture to the top of the pizza. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Fry bacon in a pan until crispy and extract the grease. When the pizza is done the first 15 minutes of the bake, place the bacon on top and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
