Jerry Kroth, Ph.D., will be presenting on six unusual, paranormal dreams. These case studies are magical, mysterious, and virtually outside of the borders of Jungian theory or, frankly, any theories from depth psychology.
They come from his book, Psyche’s Exile: an empirical odyssey in search of the soul. The text covers psychic dreams, synchronicity, near death experiences, creative possession, telepathy and sundry anomalous psychic experiences. But the six case studies presented in this lecture defy any classification. They all appear to come from a psychic plane of existence outside and beyond the dreamer’s unconscious.
Dr. Kroth has presented at FMBR before and is an Associate Professor Emeritus from the graduate division of counseling psychology at Santa Clara University. He taught clinical dreamwork here and many of these case studies come from that experience.
