At first, 4/4 seems like a random detail. But it is actually the final piece of a mystery spread across eight different videos and four completely separate Minecraft mystery channels: Lomedy, ZachOBuilds, Render, and Wifies.

All four creators were contacted by the same mysterious source, the Vex Syndicate. Lomedy was given the RunSonic case, ZachOBuilds was sent to investigate the VipersDen subreddit, Render received the Henry and Flurry case, and Wifies was given the Leviathan Reports.

But the Vex Syndicate is only the beginning.

As we follow the clues back through Wifies’ older videos, we find another organization hiding underneath the story: the Department of Metaphysical Sciences, or DMS. Three other Wifies videos are connected to this organization, including What Happened to Extremegamer11, where the DMS and its Archive division are first revealed.

The connections between these videos, the DMS, the Vex Syndicate, the Leviathan, Hummer5718, and The King in Yellow start to reveal a much bigger story than we originally thought.

So who is the Vex Syndicate? Why did they choose these four creators? What is the connection between the Vex Syndicate and the DMS? And what does 4/4 actually mean?
