Описание:
30HP reliance electric motor, 1765 rpm, 230/460 volt. Foote-jones gear reducer, 38.4:1 ratio. Gear drive with guard. 12"ø flanged outlet with air actuated bray butterfly valve.
Total volume 375 cubic feet.
Working Volume 225 cubic feet.
The double cone has 36" x 24" pad feet. The footprint of the base is 9'-10" deep x 16'-9" wide.
Blender shell has been untrasonic thickness tested: Cones (both) 0.321" thick; cylinder: 0.620".
There is about 1' of clearance below the outlet as it sits.
Overall dimensions: 17'-0" wide x 9'-10" deep x 11'-2" high.
Final drive speed 6 RPM.
