Michael Gennaro is a Senior Commercial Lender at Metairie Bank. He grew up in Metairie, went to school in the neighborhood, and his parents were customers of Metairie Bank. Now, after 25 years in banking, he returned to the area where he was raised, and he believes community banks have the best model for banking. Sam Fradella is also a Commercial Lender. He became a banker because he has a passion for numbers that was developed at a young age through collecting sports cards. Sam states that lenders at Metairie Bank are accessible to their clients by being available outside of business hours. Metairie Bank’s lenders are flexible and they take everything into consideration when making decisions. They are not a one-size-fits-all lender. At big banks, customers may get lost in the shuffle, but at Metairie Bank, the employees get to know their customers and stay connected by creating a lasting professional relationship.
