Celebrating the new kitchen space with an epic unicorn cake for Olivia's birthday!
Yes, there was a venue change in the middle of the video. The commercial kitchen has magnificent skylights, which made it too hot to work with chocolate during daylight hours. I ended up taking the cake home, where I could finish sculpting the body under the helpful breeze of air conditioning. Looks like I will need schedule all of my summertime sculpting hours in the commercial kitchen after dark.
