Scott Phares tells the story of how Kim Fowley got KISS to record the song and got Alice Cooper to record "Escape", two of the band's songs recorded for their debut Columbia LP. The LP was shelved and did not see the light of days until 2013 when it was released on vinyl in 2013 as "Shine Like a Radio"from Last Summer records.
