Inner Refuge: Turning Off Your "Inner Navigation System"

Описание: This is the second of two teaching sessions during a full-day live Internet retreat with H.H. Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Rinpoche and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. These teachings took place on July 6, 2013, at Ligmincha Institute's Serenity Ridge retreat center in central Virginia during its annual Summer Retreat.

In this video Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche begins by guiding a meditation on Inner Refuge, and then gives a teaching (21:50) on the benefits of switching off your "inner navigation system"—the constant habit of looking for solutions, thinking and planning ahead, etc. Instead, one can rest in the inner refuge and be in the moment, fully connected with one's body, breath and mind. Rinpoche then guides a second, brief practice (32:00) on turning off one's navigation system.

Following the teaching and brief practice, Rinpoche answers questions from the audience (39:25).
