🧂 Ingredients
-3–4 medium potatoes
-1 sausage (any kind you like)
-2 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 tsp dry garlic
-1 tsp pork seasoning (or any savory spice mix)
-50 g grated cheese
🍽️ Recipe
Slice the potatoes into rings and the sausage into rounds.
Thread them alternately onto wooden skewers.
Brush with oil mixed with dry garlic and pork seasoning.
Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (390°F) until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 2–3 minutes until melted.
