Aboard the Finch West LRT observing the speedometer from Albion Station to Kipling Ave (just before Mount Olive station). I stopped the recording at the red light, because it wasn't going to change to green anytime soon.
The red marker on the outside of the speedometer indicates the current speed limit, and the yellow market indicates the next speed limit reduction.
The blue bar to the right of the speedometer indicates the distance to the next station.

2:30 approaching Kipling Ave (red light)
In this 3-minute video the train covered 580 metres, which is an average of 12 km/h. But that excludes the dwell time at Albion and the long wait at the red light at Kipling Ave so the actual average through this segment was lower. The end-to-end time was 53 min, which is also an average of 12 km/h.
