If you have two hands and two cans- this workout is for you!
This video targets your whole body, improving strength, balance and coordination.
Rest as needed- You know your body better than anyone.
If you want to do more than one round- just go back and do exercises 1-7 and then cool down when you are through with all your rounds.

Warm up (3 ish minutes)
7 (1 minute exercises with 15second rest breaks inbetween)
