🦊 In this GCSE Physics video, we explain that atmospheric pressure is the result of air particles colliding with surfaces, and it is greatest at sea level due to the density of air molecules. As altitude increases, the number of air particles decreases, reducing atmospheric pressure, which is why higher altitudes like Mount Everest or in airplanes experience much lower pressure. This change in pressure with altitude can be observed through experiments and is crucial for understanding conditions at high elevations or in pressurized environments.
