🚜 At CJ Moyna & Sons and the Earthmoving Legacy Center, we move dirt, rock, and sometimes even mountains. But today, we’re confronting something heavier: the mental load many in the earthmoving industry quietly carry.
🧠 Construction workers face the highest suicide rate of any profession—56 per 100,000—yet less than 5% seek help. That has to change.
💧 In honor of Mayleigh Medberry’s nomination, we’re taking the Ice Bucket Challenge—not just for awareness, but to commit to checking in on each other, speaking up, and listening when it matters most.
