INGREDIENTS

For boiling of chana

1 katori 150 gm white chana
¾ katori 100gm black chana
½ tsp salt
1 pinch turmeric powder
Water to boil chana

Other ingredients

7-8 tablespoons - Red chutney
5-6 tablespoons - Green chutney
Black salt as required
Chaat masala as required
Roasted cumin seeds powder as required
Green chillies according to taste
Papdi 25-30 pieces
3-4 boiled potato
2 small sized onion finely chopped
3 tomatoes finely chopped
Lemon juice 2-3 lemons
