I haven't recorded/streamed Season 12 yet, but here's some clips from various things I tried out.

MINI GUIDES:

Nautilus Fimbulwinter Top

Grasp of the Undying + Shield bash most importantly.
Start Doran's Shield, tear on first back.
Frostfire Gauntlet or Sunfire Cape
Boots (Defensive)
Fimbulwinter at 360 Tear stacks.
Whatever defense after. Spirit Visage is amazing for the shields, abyssal mask or demonic embrace for team damage/damage.

Skarner Axiom Arc Jungle

Lethality Skarner.
Predator can help make use of constant Ults. Ultimate Hunter as well.
Axiom Arc reduces 25% of TOTAL Ult cooldown as of preseason, meaning it calculates BEFORE Ultimate Hunter or Ability Haste reduce it.

Chemtank OR Trinity Force OR Divine Sunderer whatever you want really. Chemtank helps aggressively spam ult and provides more Haste as well.
Axiom Arc first or second depending on if you're ahead.
If you're behind, you probably should stop going for Axiom Arc.

Xayah Axiom Arc

Lethal Tempo or Hail of Blades
Eclipse
Axiom Arc
Berserkers Greaves
Whatever necessary items (Mortal Reminder/Lord Dominiks)
Collector

AP Xin Zhao

Doran's Ring or Shield start.
Lethal Tempo
Nashors Tooth First
Optional Tear into Fimbulwinter or Seraphs (Haven't tried yet)
Defense boots
Shattered Queen's, Everfrost, or Frostfire Gauntlet
Thornmail or Spirit Visage

Twisted Fate First Strike

Cull is not necessary. You can take Doran Blade or shield.
Rush Galeforce OR Rapid Firecannon if behind.
Berserker's Greaves or defense boots.
Rapid Firecannon
Titanic Hydra for defensive purposes, Rageblade for full ADC.
Items as needed. Spend big cos you earn big.

Kassadin Fimbulwinter Tank

Tear start
Conqueror or Fleet Footwork. Grasp is viable in some melee matchups that don't kill you instantly.

Rush Frostfire Cape after tear.
Finish Winter's Embrace into Fimbulwinter as soon as possible after T2 Boots.
Demonic Embrace and/or Abyssal Mask for damage.
Morellonomicon for Grievous Wounds (You can't stun for Thornmail)
Tank items as needed, or AP items if needed.

Thresh ADC

Lethal Tempo

Immortal Shieldbow First
Berserkers Greaves
Bloodthirster
Runaan's Hurricane or Mortal Reminder
Rageblade (Or Infinity Edge)
Spirit Visage (Unless no enemy magic damage, in which case take Death's Dance)
Thresh can accidentally become a bruiser while building ADC, which works well with his pitiful range and close-range Flay/Box.
