Epsilon & Matcha Latte Sound Test + Frankenswitches

I just got in some Epsilon switches and I was curious how they sound compared to a Matcha Latte. The differences between them are:
Epsilon are manufactured by JWK
Matcha Latte are manufactured by Tecsee
Epsilon have a Nylon Top
Matcha Latte have a PC Top
Epsilon have a mystery mix long pole P3 Stem
Matcha Latte have a long pole POM Stem
Results:
Epsilons in general are a bit deeper sounding, and got just a hair quieter with the Matcha Latte stems
Matcha latte in general are a bit poppier and higher pitched, and got a bit quieter with a P3 stem
Gateron CJ are thrown in as a non long pole (fully POM) comparison
All tests were conducted in the same board, in the same switch/key location with the same keycap and exact same audio distance/setup. Keyboard: Mr. Suit with full foam
