Описание: I had planned to get a lot more done today, but I hurt my back while moving my blueberries. 🤦🏾♀️ Didn't get me until the second one though, and I don't feel nearly as bad as I used to. I think regular exercise has helped a lot, but I took some pain meds and muscle relaxers plus taking it easy for at least the rest of today because sometimes the pain doesn't really kick in until the next day. I'm hopeful it won't get worse this time though. I think I'm stronger and healthier so fairing much better as a result. 🙏🏾
