This is our only chance to dive in hard to a new set before we head off to Vegas. The goal: figure out apply our approach to Team Sealed pools when nobody actually knows how good the cards are yet.

We start this section off with a tier list review of SOS Commons. We'll do a more selective review of high-conflict cards in the weeks to come.
