Movement Recordings welcomes Evgeny Sviridov for his label debut with the Karma EP, featuring two original tracks and remixes from Ziger & Mind Conspiracy and Lena Storm. A classically trained musician and versatile producer, Evgeny brings a unique blend of musicality and electronic craftsmanship to the release, resulting in a collection that bridges depth, groove, and melody with effortless style. Born in Moscow and now based in Bangkok, Evgenys career has been shaped by a rich musical journey. With formal training at the Central Music School at Moscow Conservatory, Gnesin College, and the Giuseppe Tartini Conservatory in Italy, he developed a foundation in classical performance before moving into electronic production. His work as a DJ and live performer has taken him from Russia to Ibiza and across Asia, with releases on AFROKHIN, ONErpm, and Keyfound adding to his growing profile. Known for blending organic instruments such as oboe, duduk, and kalimba into his productions, Evgeny crafts a sound that is both emotive and immersive. The title track Karma explores hypnotic grooves and cinematic atmospheres, evolving with subtle melodic tension and a refined sense of rhythm. Its companion Giza moves in a deeper, more mystical direction, merging progressive textures with evocative motifs that showcase Evgenys distinctive musical voice. On the remix front, Greek mainstay Ziger teams up with Mind Conspiracy to reimagine Karma in peak-time fashion. Both established figures in Greeces electronic landscape, Ziger has built an international reputation with releases on Sudbeat, Mango Alley, ICONYC, Movement Recordings and more, while Mind Conspiracy continues to carve his path with a versatile sound spanning progressive and melodic techno, with a discography that includes Eat My Hat Music, Eleatics Records, and Consequence Of Society Recordings. Rounding out the release, Lena Storm puts her signature touch on Giza.
