How To Cut a Seam in Solid Surface Countertop

Описание: How to cut a mirror seam in Staron solid surface material using a router and straight edge. This double cut process will create a perfect seam for creating a virtual invisible solid surface joint.

Be sure to use a powerful router, a perfectly straight, straight edge and a sharp bit. This will leave you with a super smooth edge. Pulling the pieces together dry should be perfect. Adding color matched adhesive will make a virtually invisible joint. Once sanded the two pieces will look like one large piece.
