The physio ball is a great item to have because of its unstable surface. So sitting on the physio ball forces you to engage your core in order to sit upright.
We recommend sitting on and off the physio ball if you work from home or in the office at a computer in order to keep the core working throughout the day.
Here is some great upper body exercises you can do while sitting on the physio ball!
Shoulder Extension: 2-3x10 reps
Shoulder Row: 2-3x10 reps
Pall of Press: 2-3x10 reps each side
