Описание: Have Canadian house prices peaked now? In May 2021 we saw some Canadian real estate markets slow down. The number of homes sold and new listings both declined while Canadian house prices continued to rise. In the Vancouver and Toronto real estate markets after record breaking months the past month both real estate markets saw noticeable slowdowns. Now instead of houses seeing thirty offers they are only seeing eight or ten. Of course, with this slow down the talk of the Canadian real estate bubble finally popping is back again. While others are asking if the very hot Canadian real estate market is starting to finally cool off.
