After my first attempt at the Fan Dance down in the Brecon Beacons, Wales, my wife Janine was gutted to miss out on the hike...So we headed back down and tried again. Will I have decreased my time with 30 days of Stairmaster training and being 20lbs lighter? Or will Janine's inexperience on Pen Y Fan add more minutes to our total time?
