Please note that this is only a suggestion... there are riskier ways to complete these levels but that depends on your luck. I'm trying to show you safe strategies which sometimes work better than risky strategies.
Keep in mind this is nightmare mode (hardest difficulty), proper item management is key for a full game run so take your time to loot where you don't loose to much time.
