I was super happy to visit this remote place, these mysterious Azores. A group of 9 volcanic islands spread over 370 miles in the North Atlantic Ocean. The Azores are home of 250.000 people and are known for their colorful places, volcanic craters, 15th century churches, and well maintained houses. The Azores are an autonomous region of Portugal.
