Sailom Hotel is an overlooked gem by foreigners. Its a 3-star budget hotel, but deserves more for its location and quality. The hotel has the ocean on one side and the Blueport mall and shopping area on the other side. Its covered by green trees and brushes from the main road and easily overlooked as you drive by. When you on the hotel grounds its very quiet, but as soon as you get the exit you hear the city noises and shopping.

This is the first hotel I stayed at in Hua Hin around 2002 and when I fell in love with the city. If you staying in Hua Hin for a few days and you want access by foot for groceries, shopping, beach, and more, then the Sailom Hotel is worth looking at.
