Should You Buy or Sell American Airlines (AAL) Stock?

Описание: American Airlines (AAL) Stock is down big after Warren Buffett announced he sold all his airline stocks including AAL. As a long term investor, I think AAL stock is a SELL because the balance sheet is loaded with debt and current liabilities that will burn cash and cause liquidity problems.

Nobody knows how long it will take for air travel to return to 2019 levels. Maybe never so it makes sense why Buffett dumped his shares. There is better opportunity cost elsewhere in the market.

American Airline Stock could head much lower so be careful if you are buying a lot of shares.
