Описание: #Jingdiao high-speed machining centers are capable of grinding micron precision holes resulting in closed-looped processing. Combining milling, on-machine measurement, grinding, and cleaning processes eliminates multiple set-ups while saving on labor costs.

In this video 21 holes were ground on 3 plates totaling 63 holes resulting in the positioning accuracy of ≦ 5um, and circularity/cylindricity of ≦ 2um. Jingdiao's on-machine measurement software accurately measures the diameter of the hole without moving the part to a CMM. If the part is programmed with Jingdiao's developed Surfmill CAM software, the measurements will show up as a graphical accuracy heat map on the control's screen, making it easy for the operator to see if the plates are within the desired tolerances. If the hole is within tolerance, the oeprator can move on to the next, if not the operator can provide added cutter compensation and repeat the process. Additionally, the Blum laser combined with Jingdiao's tool measurement software can measure the diameter of the grinding tool (which will vary due to wear.). The Jingdiao made control will automatically calculate the true tool diameter. A cleaning function can be programmed to also automatically bast air and clean each hole individually. Our machines are equipped with coverings and positive-blown air to prevent the grinding particles from entering the guideways and ball screws and a specialized Jingdiao made filtration system is used to capture the grinding particles.
