During the Vietnam War it became evident to the US Navy that they would have to utilize Patrol Boats to Police the water ways of the Mekong Delta. The Viet Cong and NVA troops would use the waterways to move men and machines. In this video we look at the Gun Boats of the US Navy and their use during the Vietnam War.
