packing up my life, leaving things behind, a montage of memories of my time here, and wandering through loja, a town i didn’t even realise was known for music and guitars until the very end.
it’s a slow, reflective day. after an unexpectedly healing weekend, i move through food markets, headaches, heat, bus terminals, visa stress, and gratitude: letting the place land properly before crossing the border into peru.
there’s no big plan here. nothing is fully booked. just the after-effects of a lot of feeling, and the quiet trust that something will meet me on the road.
this episode explores endings, uncertainty, healing, and the strange in-between moments — when you don’t know what’s next, but you keep moving anyway.
music in motion is my solo travel + music diary: filmed, edited, and shared as i travel through south america, following intuition, people, and sound.
this episode includes:
– my last morning in ecuador
– loja, the town of music and guitars
– visa overstays and travel insurance stress
– food markets, wandering, and exhaustion
– saying goodbye without rushing it
– crossing into peru with no plans booked

About Me / This Channel
i’m caprice, an australian singer-songwriter and storyteller with a background in law and journalism.
after the loss of my father, i started asking different questions about time, purpose, and how i wanted to live
i started travelling solo through south america, following creativity, intuition, and sharing stories that felt honest, grounding, and human.
this series grew from that: music in motion is a solo travel documentary series written, filmed, directed, edited, and published entirely by me while moving through south america alone.
my travel-meets-music diary: spontaneous songs, hostel stories, street moments, creative reflection, grief and sobriety conversations, and the connections i make along the way.
there’s no fixed itinerary; the journey is guided by intuition, music, and the people i meet.
if you’re into solo travel, travel vlogs, street music, creative storytelling, mental health conversations, and life unfolding one decision at a time, you’re in the right place.
