In this video, I will be showcasing Jack in SS League with an incredible 100 percent attack buff, thanks to the extra 30 percent attack buff from Dogstorm. This powerful buff combination makes Jack even more dominant on the battlefield.

I will be using the Triple Luffy Medal set with a max attack and defense build to maximize Jack’s potential. Dogstorm plays a crucial role in this setup, as he can pass the 30 percent attack buff he gains by hitting enemies with Skill 1. Jack already has a built-in 75 percent attack buff, and with Dogstorm’s support, it reaches a total of 100 percent. This insane attack boost allows Jack to shred through opponents with ease.

Jack is already one of the best attackers in OPBR, but with this buff, he becomes an unstoppable force. He can easily counter some of the strongest EX units in the game, including EX Sabo, EX Garp, and EX Roger. His overwhelming attack power makes him a nightmare for defenders and an excellent choice for carrying games in SS League.
