**UPDATED. New Version 3.01**

This Goggle Sheet is an introduction for those of you that do not journal or systematically track your trading activity currently.

The functionality is relatively basic, but you will find all the most relevant trading metrics that you need to get started for tracking your trades included within this spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet includes a direct feed to update stock and option prices, removing the need for manual updates and inputs.

Additionally, v 3.01 now includes the ability to add additional monies to an account and apply any fees and commission costs to trades.

I can’t stress how important a trade journal is in boosting your progress and growth as a trader. By manually recording your process as you trade, you’ll learn to hold yourself accountable, correct mistakes you’ve made, and take the emotion and lack of discipline back out of your trading.
