Fun fact: Hayao Miyazaki is famously a cat lover. The Ghibli Museum in Mitaka features a giant cat bus from My Neighbor Totoro, and cats appear throughout his films—from the mysterious Muta in The Cat Returns to the subtle feline spirits in Spirited Away. Miyazaki once said he finds cats "inscrutable," which only adds to his fascination with them.
