3 Air India Aircraft Damaged At Delhi Airport After Equipment Blown By Strong Winds

Описание: Three Air India narrowbody aircraft parked at Terminal 2 of Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport were damaged after ground support equipment was blown into them during strong winds and heavy rain. A viral video shows airport staff chasing the equipment across the apron as gusty conditions swept through the airport. The affected aircraft have been taken out of operation. The airport operator said the equipment belonged to Air India Engineering and IndiGo, and claimed no prior weather warning had been issued by Air Traffic Control. Sources told India Today that the DGCA will investigate the incident and fix responsibility.
