Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
This is a 35 minute gentle warm up and it’s a good idea to do before any of the other videos. There are more standing poses and we’ll add a few vinyasa flows as we gently work through various poses and exercises to warm your muscles slowly. Always remember that if you want to stay seated while we are moving through standing poses, that is fine. Work at your own pace and do what works for you.
You’ll only need a chair and we’ll be seated at first, come to standing and return to seated.
