Vlog 1 of me trying new things.
1st adventure: Aerial yoga at sky lab 🧚♀️
Honestly, I loved the mini retreat and would definitely be back. If only it were closer to my house 🥲 but surprised myself by actually doing an inversion and hanging upside down in the hammock 🙈 We even had a cute little picnic mid class with some fruits, cheese spread and cacao (which surprising didn't taste healthy) iykyk 😋
A lot more sleeping/chilling in the hammock than I thought there'd be, but I'm always up for a good nap 👀
The class was definitely beginner friendly, but there were also people who were much more advanced, so honestly, for everyone.
